This week, we are jacking in "hehe" back into the world of kung fu and bullet-time with a long awaited review of The Matrix Resurrections. A movie that no one really asked for that arrived 20 years too late in the middle of a pandemic and oh yea....as part of the rooster of HBO Max movies that has had it's theatrical revenue undercut by streaming. But aside from all those things in "the real world" going against it, what about the movie itself? Does The Matrix Resurrections live up to the original techno philosophy of the 1999 classic or like the sequels from 2003 fall face first into a brick wall of too many plot points, characters, and a web of confusion. So grab your trench coat and sunglasses as we head back to The Matrix as we review The Matrix Resurrections.
