Is Stepfather 3 (1992) The Worst Direct-to-TV Horror Film? It's Father's Day and this week we are dissecting the final entry into the original Step Father franchise with the low-budget horror sequel directed by Guy Magar, starring Priscilla Barnes and Robert Whitman doing his best Terry O'Quinn impression as he slips into the shoes of the murderous Step Father. This time he's back to get that perfect family he won't kill but "standing in his way" is his new paraplegic step son Andy (bound to a wheel chair psychosomatically) who has a knack for hacking, atari, and being the future head of the CIA and Father Brennan; a Catholic Priest who likes to hang out with Andy and serve as a victim later in the movie.
